Description: This building scheme in partnership with Clegg Construction compromised of a 81 room Hotel.
Located adjacent to the Arena Building, the three-story hotel development will be operated by national hotelier Travelodge. The building compromises of 81 bedrooms with a reception, bar and cafe facility.
Our scope consisted of using a full Knauf specification on the Drylining and Plastering works.
